The best freeware proxy?

Hi all

So Christmas is almost gone and Christmas ham and turkey destroyed :P . But that was not my concern ok.
The best free proxy software is.
I have been using " Guidescope " for awhile but I have noticed some annoyances....one is hijacking browser when I launch Guidescope, anotherone is that it seems to loose connection time after time.....besides it requires registering too, what I haven´t done, for privacy reasons ofcourse. take a look:

So, which one you experts would suggest ? Is "Jap" good enough ?
