Hostname help please

OK, on a forum I am an admin in, there is a member who signs on as a guest and I want to know a bit about him for reasons I will not discuss here in public.

Anyway, does anyone know anything about the following host names

ags.kappa.ro
lorand.kappa.ro

I googled it but didn't get anything, I used altavista and still nothing of any use.

It appears he may be a character from my past :lurking:

looks like Romanian isp (And no, I can't find translation services for this language yet. Google power fails when you meet ads in first 20 results). The guy's probably from one of their proxies. (like proxy.aol.com i think)

OK, I have recieved advice from LowWaterMark about this so I think I should clear this up.

This is not work. I did not ask your advice because I have to do this. I asked your advice because it is personal. And the person in question in hiding in the shaddows, using the guest sign on. Thank you for your help.
