I was wondering if anyone new of a good free spell check programme that I can use and also where to download it from as well.

Hey Mul, look on this page (http://lists.gpick.com/pages/Spelling_Tools.htm).
If you're using IE....IE Spell is popular here. Maybe TinySpell also...
