Here's a couple that are easy to overlook:
If you installed a router you might want to consider disabling the "Remote Access Auto Control Manager" Please notice this is not "Remote Access Control Manager" and check for dependancies first yada, yada, yada...
Got NVIDIA?
Got RUNDLL32.EXE NvQTwk,NvCplDaemon initialize in your startup?
You probably don't need it.
