For all are members this is a addition to the review on their new release. The question was brought up as to how many virus def Dr.Web detects. Here is the direct quote from Dr.Web.

Therefore on par with KAV and F-Prot. And Dr Web has excellent heuristics to support this large database of malware signatures.

ITW viruses, when compared to zoo samples are definitely the more important ones for your AV program to detect.
