After installing I go to start, programs, click the MRU-blaster icon and before everyting else I see "Run-time error 28 :
Out of stack space".
I can't go anywhere from there.
This is new to me,I never had a problem installing a program.
I use WinMe.

I sincerely apologize for this error - I am aware of it and it will be fixed in the next version (due soon).

I'll repost in this thread as soon as the new version is ready. :)

MRU-Blaster has been updated.

Latest database : 12/20/02 - approx. 12,401 MRU items in detection database

Various compatibility issues with certain system configurations were also fixed. :) (Namely, the problem mentioned above should now be gone.)

Download it from here:
http://www.wilderssecurity.com/mrublaster.html

Hey Javacool !
Main program works now ( I get the same error at the
scheduler which is unimportant ,I wouldn't use it anyway).
Thanks !!!

To the anonymous user who reported a problem with MSVBM60.dll

Download http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/vbrun60sp5.exe
and install.

Your problem will then be fixed, and you will be able to run MRU-Blaster. :)

Javacool,
I downloaded MRU-Blaster and ID Blaster from Wilders, when I try and use them I get the message, "Error Starting Program Required .DLL file MSVBVM60.DLL was not found".

Since I'm new to this I just want to make sure the link you gave to the MS file will work with Win98 Original?

Also, After using ID Blaster, will I be able to use the MS Windows Update site normally?

Thanks a lot!

Yes, the download will work fine with the original Windows 98. :)

And yes, you should still be able to use Windows Update normally with ID-Blaster Plus - however, it is highly recommended that you write-down/print the list of your Windows Product ID numbers before randomization, so you can revert back to them if necessary (you should be prompted to do this on first run of ID-Blaster).
