After a re-install, when I open the control center, clicking on the dropdown arrow next to "resident modules and filters" and the dropdown arrow next to "update" does nothing.
Clicking on the "log" and "system tools" arrrows results in normal expansion.
I uninstalled, and cleaned the registry, and re-installed. still no-go.

Lenster, welcome to Wilders, do you have or did you have another anti-virus installed on your PC?
If you run a scan with Nod32 in "Safe Mode", does it come up clean?
Cheers ;D

NOD32 was working fine. This problem started after a re-install. A NOD32 scan on the system runs clean. My emails have the "Checked by NOD32" message attached so I assume that AMON and IMON are working fine, but I just can't open the drop downs to set up their options.
No other AV programs are installed.

I know you have done this, but can you try it one more time.
Download a FRESH copy of Nod32
Uninstall Nod32
Remove the Eset file found in C Drive> Program Files
Install the FRESH copy of Nod32 that you downloaded above.
Let us know how you go...
Cheers ;D
