ERRORLEVEL in command line scan

Hi all.
I would like to use command line scan in a batch file and monitor the results of scanning in a file.
When invoked through the command line, is there a way to let NOD32 set an exit code when a virus is found?
In my experience, NOD32 always exits with ERRORLEVEL = 0, even if command line parameter is wrong.
