Hello,

i'm not so good in english so i hope you will understand my problem.

I have some problems with the amon-module... When I activate the check-box 'Execute' in the amon-module, my system sucks.
So my programs like browser and everything else becoming very slowley and need about 30-60 seconds to open! :-(
When I disable "Execute", all is right and my system proceed as normal.

I use Windows XP SP1.

What's my problem? Have anyone an idea?

Many thanks
mercany

Do you have another antivirus program on your system? If so, what program is it?

Hello!

No, I haven't any other antivirus program or personal-firewall on my system installed.

If you are using Version 2.12.3, you might try setting all settings in Imon to higher compatibility. See post eight in the link.
Although Imon and Amon are different modules, it may or may not have something to do with the slowdown. Just a guess.
Otherwise, if you haven't completely removed any other antivirus programs, I would do so.

Hi,

thanks for that many proposals.
Last night i have solved my problem... There was a bug in SP1. After I install the WinXP-Patch-Packet from www.winboard.org the lag in my system disappear.

But for all that many thanks to all...
This is a fantastic board :-)
