DiamondCS Members Area not working

Hello,To all

Could someone here please help me with this problem i am having
i am trying to update all the software on my pops puter but the only
item that i am having a problem with is this Process Guard each time

i try to login at the Members Area all that comes up is a page for
TDS-3 so how can i download this software for my pops please
any help at all

Hi HJThis, Try this link, http://www.diamondcs.com.au/processguard/ for the free version. If your Father has not bought ProcessGuard then you cannot access PG through the members area.

Note: If you are using the latest version of IE you need to watch for a message bar asking if you are sure you want to allow the download - Top leftish if I remember sorrectly. You might also try putting the URL above into your trusted zone Non HTTPS.

Yes my pops bought ProcessGuard sometime back i am
trying to find all of his files not going to well but he did
have something out in the open called Procguard.pkf

i keep trying to open this file hoping it will have some
type of info in side but it's a no go help please

HJThis, Your best bet will probably be to drop an email to support@diamondcs.com.au With your Father's email and purchase details just in case there has been a mix up somewhere, usually as you buy products they are added to your member area, sometimes this can go awry if the two products were bought via two different email accounts.

Well good news on my end i now have PG 3.5
for dad it's just the way he has all his files all
over the place i have no idea how he did it
but that was my pops
