Nope.. He started with Jimmy Powell & the Five Dimensions actually.. However, Rod's serious music career started with Jeff. They recorded two albums.. Back Ola and Truth. Frankly I liked him better with Jeff.. He was lot more progressive. But Rod chose later for middle of the road music. :)
