Hopefully, I can get some objective opinions on this situation...
My wife needs a new PC. Her current PC is a 5-yr old cheapie, an 'e-machine', that isn't worth upgrading. However, she has several important programs and many files on her current hard-drive (the OS on this PC is Win98SE).
Well I just ordered a new Dell desktop for her (with WinXP Home). When it gets here next week, I will have to transfer her programs and files (but not the OS) to the Dell, so I was wondering if I were to buy Acronis Migrate Easy, would it make the job any easier then using WinXP's Files & Settings Transfer Wizard?
Thanks in advance for your advice...
