View Full Version : OS Selector Partition Lock Problem

Having been a user of True Image for some time I thought I'd have a go with DDS and the OS Selector. Wish I hadn't. Screwed my PC big time and it took me many hours to get back into the system!!

Seems like the OS Selector has swapped Disk0 and Disk1. Disk0 originally had my OS and was the boot disk... Disk1 was a spare data drive. Now that's changed. Disk1 now has the OS and I have an Active partition on Disk0. This is where the OS selector is attempting to boot from but obviously can't.

Anyway, to cut a very long story short, my real OS partition is now locked so I can't make it 'Active'. Any ideas on how to unlock a partition?

Cheers

Dave
