Lost my startup shortcut

Hi peeps
I accidentally deleted the shortcut for procguard from my startup,could someone be so kind as to tell me what the switch is to make it start minimized in the tray

Here you go: "C:\Program Files\ProcessGuard\procguard.exe" -minimize
