This has popped up a couple of times when booting.

You might check on what you have applied Secure Message Handling to. What apparently is happening is some part of Norton is opening an invisible window and then wanting to close it. SMH is then asking for Human intervention before it allows closure. You may have applied SMH to much of the Norton stuff.

I did have CMH on iamapp.exe so I removed it. I will see what happens.

I actually just got this when opening TDS-3. I allowed it to close without problem, TDS-3 continued it's startup normally after that.
