System Upgrade - Help

OK guys, I'm gonna be doing a major upgrade - 2 200 Gig SATA HD's duplexed. Rather than attempt to install a previous barebones image, which I don't think would work anyway 'cause of the addition of the Promise RAID drivers, I'm also doing a re-install of my OS (XP,.NET,SP2 etc.). My query revolves around the extra security proggies I'll be using, namely NOD32, TDS, PG, SpyBot etc.
Has anyone encountered any problems/difficulties whilst running/configuring a duplexed system. Any input greatly appreciated.
