ZAP Update bug?

is there a knowen Zap update bug mine seem to be working fine but when i click on update it flat out lied to me with a straight face saying no update avaliable

i have 3.1.395 and i know thers a 3.5 new one out there that im dowenloading right now any clue to this problem?

maybe its an old zap file in the system giveing me a false report

Zonelabs is keeping a keen eye on their server(s) - meaning: updates are distributed slow. You're time will come - can't tell when, no doubt about it ;).
