Another demo problem

I downloaded the Disk Director demo which seemed to install fine. Clicking the OS Selector icon brings up an error message and the OSS closes down. The same thing happens if I try to access OSS from the DD interface.

This app seems to do what I want, if it will only work properly. Are there similar problems with the paid-for version? I would like reassurance on this please as I need the functions of the Disk Director package.

Following prompt replies from Support, considering the time difference, I have followed the suggestion of running chkdsk /r on the hard drives. Having installed the demo on another PC, which does not show the problem, something must be awry with the original PC.
