Where is all the left overs

I have been doing a lot of crunching lately. I have downloaded SP2 and slipstreamed it into my XP CD and burned a CD of it . Then I made a couple attempts to create a Windows Ultimate Boot CD Unsuccessfully. I went in and deleted what I could find. Still my disk usage has gone up. Is there a clean up program that can find unnecessary files ang get rid of them safely?

Global Force it is me again. I had run the Disk Cleanup. I just try to keep the free space on my disk as high as I can. I was at 58% before SP2 and a few other things. Now it is about 51%. I'm going to check out C Cleaner.
