File Checker 1.7 Info Please

:) Hi am new to file checker am running ZA free, AVG free, Proxomitron, Cookie Pal, File Checker 1.7 , Spyware Blaster, id Blaster. Spybot. my question is should I add just a exe of the program form my firewall or the hold folder i am not sure what to do at the moment I just put the exe form my programs.

Since firewall log files, etc which can be stored in the firewall folder are changed very frequently, I would recommend not adding the entire folder.

However, it would probably be a good idea to add, in addition to the firewall exe, any other exe files in that folder, plus any "dll" files.
