Sandymebee's infection

I am new here and have registered but can't recieve any e-mail because
I can't go online to read it. I have a bad virus and have been trying to get
reid of it for a week. I do so would appriceate it so much if you could help
me.

are you talking about this same infection (TrojanClicker.Win32.Delf.r) or anything else, can you please give the name of your infection so we know how to help you?
Also helpful is to know which windows version you have and which scanners.

In the mean time tell us what you have and which scanner found it.
And install TDS from the site www.diamondcs.com.au, reboot, go back to the download site and grab the latest radius definitions which you just put in the TDS directory, start TDS and let it do it's startup scans, and press in the menu for the full system scan.
In the end rightclick one of the alerts and save to text, which scandump.txt you can paste into your next posting to give us some impression of what's going on.

Before you start your TDS scan, please close all your other scanners including their resident protection to give TDS full access to all files on your system for scannign and detection of any malware.
