Problem with Index.suite

In attempting to Install Index.suite I receive the following error message
and would like to know if someone could explain what it means or how to resolve it. Thank you

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file: Delete failed, code 32
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

You probably mean Index.dat Suite?
Look for the update here:

I would advise to download this one and install in safe mode or closing any other running program.
