Hi everyone,
My father's company just bought Privacy Expert 7.0, and I'm wanting to wipe a hard drive with it.
Now I've created bootdisks of drive cleanser to do this. I put them in the computer and have had the following problems.
Initially I was able to go through the drive cleansing wizard until it said "proceed", but when I clicked this to start the wiping process, it simply restarted. When I then tried again, the program loaded, but now the mouse cursor appears for a second, and then disappears, making it impossible for me to proceed, as I cannot select the hard drive to wipe, and can't find a way of doing this using keyboard alone.
Anyone got any ideas on why this could be?
thanks!
Paul
