Using the Pac File in SpyBlocker

I am now using SpyBlocker and I must say that I love it. It works great and doesn't slow my page loading down. I also notice that it has a Pac File setup. What is the advantage of using a PacFile?

Also, I tried running Naviscope and Proxomitron as a proxy through this PacFile to block referers. I notice that both of these slow the page loading somewhat. Are there settings in Proxomitron that would optimize the page loading speed? If not, is there a Proxy software that wouldn't slow my page loading down yet is effective? Thanks in advance?
