Help needed please. Have purchaes nod32 but cannot get IMON to actually scan any files. It says it is functioning but stays on 0 all the time.
I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled several times but get the same each time. I have tried sending mail attachments to test it but it does not see them.
I am running xp home, sp2, boclean and maildefense. I have tried not loading maildefense at startup but this makes no difference.
Any help please before it sends me completely bonkers.
Thanks

Just checking something very obvious, do you have IMON enabled? As in the following screenshot.

Yes, the IMON says it is enabled. It is set to scan all files.
Thanks Rollers

Do your settings look the same as post 7, 8 and 9 here? (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=37509)
Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox?

Thanks for your help but to no avail. I spoke to the eset telephone support and they were stumped at the time.
I got a bit drastic, formatted, reloaded..............and hey presto, all is well and working. Must have been a conflict somewhere, but now is running very smoothly.
Thanks for taking the time to reply and help.

Thanks for keeping us up to date, and yes, I can understand the formatting, if your main security program is not happy and can't easily be fixed, I too would head down that road...
Cheers ;D
