where is "new os installation wizrad" in os selector 9

I have got the full version of disk director suite 9.0
I m running windows xp on partition 1
Now I need to intall Windows Me on partition 2
I have got the setup files of Windows Me in partition 3 in folder "winme"
I read the product help that comes up with OS Selector 9.
It seems that there is no
1.OS detection wizard
2.OS installation wizard in this version as describe in help

So where they are gone?
