Why is Adaware finding alexa when it is blocked in SBlaster?

Here's a recent thread on the whole Alexa finding when using Ad-aware:

If all that was found is the Alexa related registry key, then that is not something SpywareBlaster targets, as you'll see in the thread linked above.

Thanks for the link and your explanation. Also I get tracking cookies but I suppose it is impossible to block all of those?
