IMON alerted me to a virus "multimple infiltrations", when I tried quarantining it, it failed. So I terminated connection. Does this mean the virus loaded onto my computer? Thanks.

No, you (or your browser) tried download archive (zip/cab/chm...) with multiple infected files (eg. downloader, exploit, trojan and blackdoor; all-in-one set ;))
Look at virus log for details...

Thanks.
I took a look at the log and it did mention what IMON found. It also said "quarantine failed...connection terminated". But being the Nod newbie I am, I'm not sure if that means that the virus/trojan/etc got into my computer since "quarantine failed". Thanks.

If you terminate the connection, you are clean.

To ease your mind that your system is ok, and it is ok, as stated by others IMON terminated the download due to multiple infiltrations being detected, you can make an "In-depth Analysis" scan with Nod32.
Control Centre> Resident Modules and Filter> Nod32> In-depth Analysis
Hope this helps…
