TDS-3 daily update 20-Sept-2004

Hi,

I think there is a little problem at the TDS server with respect to todays radius update.

Well, I just updated via http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/radius.td3
and I got this:
19:10:34 [Init] • Systems Initialised [37756 references - 15318 primaries/10468 traces/11970 variants/other]
19:10:34 [Init] Radius Systems loaded. <Databases updated 20-09-2004>

Now have a look at the DCS site:
http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/
You will see there:
Database: 37756 refs
and that is what I indeed got.

I will try manually downloading from the Turvamies site; will let you know later.

I just grabbed the new update.cfg and updated again, got the 37813 refs with that immediately.

OK, I manually downloaded it from the Turvamies site:
http://radius.turvamies.com/radius.td3

And now I have the right one:

19:36:40 [Init] • Systems Initialised [37813 references - 15373 primaries/10470 traces/11970 variants/other]
19:36:40 [Init] Radius Systems loaded. <Databases updated 20-09-2004>

Hi Jooske,

It depends of course to which server you made a connection.
If it was the Turvamies site then you're OK; if it is the TDS server then you'll get the wrong one.
Your firewall log will tell you which update server you were using ;)

Try again Jan, there was just a renaming glitch so you probably had Fridays database instead of todays, that's all. :)

You're right :)
I tried it again at the TDS server, and got this:
20:10:13 [Radius Update] Database already up-to-date - transfer aborted.
Which means that the TDS server has indeed now the right one :D

Thanks for this as I had the old reference files for today (without realising) I just ran the update again and now have the correct ones :)

You see? Gavin is working in advance: in the forum last updat 37813 tuesday 21 september 2004, so yesterday we had today's update already! Isn't that great, TDS is always few steps ahead in time! Thanks DiamondCS, thanks Gavin!
