After installing SP2 I was having a problem with explorer crashing when I would right click a drive or folder. After looking around I discovered that there are a few context menu items that are not compatible with SP2, and it turns out that Spy Sweeper is among them. Open up Spy Sweeper, click "options", and deselect "Add Sweep for Spyware to Windows Explorer Context Menu" and you should be good to go (provided you don't have other things on the right-click menu that are incompatible, such as Divx.)
