Can only access secure sites in safe mode, with XP Home

I cannot access any secure sites unless in safemode with networking. I can access all other http sites with no problem. This happened after I did a scan with spyware and viruses. I used adaware, spybot, cwshredder, and x cleaner for the spyware, and Stinger, trendmicro, panda, and computer associates for the viruses.
I am running 128 bit encryption, I cleared all temp files, cookies and the ssl slates. Reinstalled TCP/IP Stack, and did a winsock fix. The cryptographic services are running and I did a repair on the OS.
Does anyone know how to fiix this with out doing a complete reinstall?

I fixed my problem, it was a corrupt user profiile. I just created a new one and deleted my old one, works fine now.
