Cookie deleting

I have privacy plus 2003 build 234. my passport/hotmail cookie keeps getting deleted even thou i have it protected. this only happens on a total system clean. not on an internet clean or a windows clean.

what is not set up correctly?

what is not set up correctly? <-QUOTE}You have to protect the cookie in the individual sections under Properties. Setting the cookie to be saved in only one area (i.e.: only protected in "One Click Clean-up," and not in the "Internet Components" or "System Component") the cookie is not saved.
