how can i pause or stop procguard.sys in the ( C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers )
with out restart my pc , cuz i need to run it back in a seconds

Simple answer, you can't. :)

You'll need to disable protection, then move the procguard.sys file somewhere else for a short time. Then reboot. When you want the driver back, simply put the procguard.sys file back to where it was and reboot.
