Rescue CD???????

I was wondering if you guys can recommend an excellent rescue cd with an Av scanner,boot,utilities ect.I have heard alot about these but i wanted to ask the experts on ther opionions on which are good.I have heard of the black boot cd,and the russian boot disk and many others,but vcan you guys recoomend a good one?thanks!!!
