Kaspersky Anti-Hacker and XP fast switch

Hi,

I tried Kaspersky Antivirus last night and it loads up fine on the first user of XP to logon. When the second person logs on they get a "cannot load ids error" or something to that effect. Am I to assume that a company as good as Kaspersky has a product that does not support fast user switching in Windows XP ???

Yeah, that's the problem with Kaspersky products......The AV 5 also does not support User switching...

Actually quite few AV and firewall software products do not support this... weird, but true...
I use Mcafee Enterprise 8. AV and Firewall support user switching....

Yes, most AVs don't support that. Try search my thread using my name Chew and there will be a thread about this posted few days ago. I called it Guest User ...

My old McAfee does not support fast switch too.

I have the home edition ...
