I am going to try out ZoneAlarm free version and I am wondering if I can block IP/ranges like I hear you can on the pro version?

If you have Windows Service Pack 2 installed, you should install a previous version of ZA free, such as 4.5.594, this version doesn't have a conflict with SP2. They are about to release a newer version that has addressed the problems found with 5.1.011
