Ho chopz101, welcome to forum....
You may need to dl and install the latest VBruntime files...
HERE (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/Q192/4/61.ASP&NoWebContent=1)
Also... here is a thread with similar error number problem as yours but only with SpywareBlaster.
HERE (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=7834)
In that thread he recommends to dl those files for that particular fix.
Cheers, TAS

That could be it, but there are several people here running SP2 and MRU blaster, still, could be your system.
Maybe javacool will pop in with some help. :)

I had similar problem. I uninstalled the application and opened the regedit and told it to (Edit - Find) any MRU. With pressing the F3 button it gets you to another entry, which you just delete, therefore you don't have anything about MRU-Blaster in the registry. Now - whatever you are running - close it.
Make sure that MRU - Blaster directory is deleted (wiped) in the Program Files.
Than my friend try to install it again. I stress cleaning your registry and rebooting first. It worked for me.
