Hi Blackspear,
I used to like AnyPassword (http://www.romanlab.com/apw/index.html), but it uses IDEA encryption and was missing some features, so I stopped using it.
I use RoboForm Pro, but the free version only uses DES. I like the 3DES in the Pro (paid) version. Automated filling out of web forms with AI is great. You can keep a separate password disk too.
KeePass (http://keepass.sourceforge.net/) was recomended by luv2bsecure (post 12) (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=45284&highlight=keepass) and Defenestration (post 24) (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=28532&highlight=keepass)
I tried it, and it looks really good. All the features of anypassword, and then some, with good Encryption Algorithms, packaged in open source. For free, this is hard to beat.
Then there is Password Safe (http://www.schneier.com/passsafe.html) which uses blowfish and was made by a man who wrote the book on crypto (literally). I haven't tried it.
Here is a list of some others (http://www.snapfiles.com/freeware/security/fwpass.html), but I haven't tried them out.
I would go with KeePass (free).
