View Full Version : how do you get rid of KAV ADS?

i uninstalled KAV and when i ran TDS, ADS were found, i right-clicked and deleted stream or what-ever the wording was, but when i reran TDS ADS were found again. are these different streams being found ??? is there an easy way to delete these ADS. i ran the ads in adaware, but nothing was found. i also have crucial ads, will that help? thanks

Sysinternals has a utility to delete those streams.

You can try "streams" from Sysinternals which should be capable to delete such ADS.

"streams -s -d C:\" from the command line should to the trick.
