Have you had a crash or anything ? your protection file is corrupted

What about disk integrity, you should run a disk scan and fix errors, disable ProcessGuard until you fix any errors found. Chkdsk /f will schedule a check at reboot and repair any errors. Hopefully everything will go back to normal, if it doesnt then you will need to rebuild your list

OK , I did what you suggested and it was still the same so I deleted all the programs being protected. Can you tell me step by step what I need to get it working , rebuilding the list. Should I start all over and go to learning mode? Thanks for the help.

Hello,
Now when I open up process guard it says its locked and enter password. I never created a password in the first place so can't even get it to open. I have only had this for a month and it was working great, I loved it. Any Ideas what I can do now? ???
Thanks for any help.
