"Unable to execute SpywareBlaster.exe"
"CreateProcessFailed : Code 1157"

I suggest you have a look at: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=3Dkb;en-us;Q290887 and download the following file
VBRun60sp5.exe
Running that should solve your problem, if not please report back and I´m sure javacool will help you.
