Hi All,
I just installed SB 3.2, and each tile I minimize the SB window, I'm getting the message: You don't have to keep SB running to be protected against spyware! You cn close the program and your system will be secure.
But, as soon as I close SB, I don't see any process SB related running, I'm using a task manager to check for it.
is this normal?, Can someone enlighten me about this?
thanks in advance for ur help

Hi Jeremy2,
Yes, that is normal. You will not see a running process for SpywareBlaster since it does not run in the background, nor does it need to be open for your computer to be protected.
The only time you will need to run SpywareBlaster is about once a week when you open it to check for updates. Then once you have downloaded the updates and clicked the "Enabled All Protection" button, the killbits are set in the registry and you can close SpywareBlaster.
Here is another link that will also help explain how SpywareBlaster works:

Hope that helps,
