I found out by pure chance after trying to get IE6 and NOD32 beta to accept my e-mail from the tiscali e-mail page ( which would not work whatever I did ) so I tried a network repair in IMON setup while online on a Broadband connection and before rebooting PC I did a system restore point and it worked first time I went to the tiscali e-mail page to download mail.
Not sure if this was just a particular problem associated with my PC, but if anyone is also having problems downloading certain web pages? might be worth a try..............
Edit: Must have been lucky with this, problem returned, since solved it by changing settings in IMON / HTTP compatability setup ( IExplorer to Higher Compatability ) and is working OK...............!
