NODv2 Conflict

We have installed NOD32 on WinXP Pro. and everything is fine. When we installed ArcServe v9 for Windows to run backups off of that machine, ArcServe wouldn't run at all. Correction: It would run, but you couldn't login to Arcserve to do anything. There seemed to be a conflict and errored with "couldn't find the portmapper service" We couldn't get around this until we did a reinstall without NOD32. Any ideas? Thanks!

Have a look at the IMON advanced setup options and see if the repair option for network settings (and other available options) helps you.
