I followed those instructions exactly but when i get to this part:

{QUOTE-> First, an Extract dialog box will come up and extract the files contained within xpsp2.exe. Then, XP SP2 Setup will combine, or slipstream, the SP2 files into the XP install, as shown in this figure: <-QUOTE}

After it is done extracting it I dont get that figure. I get a window that pops up with a list of commands I can use and it has a button that says OK

If I click OK the window disappears and nothing happens.

I cant get it to do what it says its suppose to.

What am I doing wrong? I would really like to reformat my computer and have SP2 already on it so I can have a clean install and avoid it conflicting with any current programs.

Thanks for any help

This is the method I used yesterday when I slipstreamed SP2: Neowin Guide : Slipstream SP2 (http://www.neowin.net/articles.php?action=more&id=94).
