Hi

I am new to the board but not with SpyBot. I am getting some adware that is suppose to be protected with this program and I have automatic update enable with the latest updates and have all the programs activated for protection.

I am getting the ATPartners.dll,delupdat.exe, sahagent1020.exe, sui.exe,and wupdate.exe., better know as Adware.Binet, Adware.Keenval, and Adware.Sahagent.

Can anyone please tell me why the software is not working with this adware as they are listed as being protected against.

What other spyware scanner is returning these results? Can you confirm that these files actually exist on your computer?

They were detected with Norton in a virus scan I did this afternoon.

I would advise using the following programs:

3. Spyware Blaster (free) - Spyware Prevention
4. Spyware Guard (free) - Browser Hijack prevention
5. Spybot Search and Destroy (free) - if running the above 2 programs, should remain fairly clean
6. Adaware (free) - same as above

Hope this helps..

Cheers ;D

If you are using an updated 1.3x series, and you've confirmed that these files exist, I suggest to report your findings here:
