So weird. So I got tons of spyware on my computer because I installed a fresh copy and left it on the internet. Anyways...so i downloaded spybot, hijack this, cwshredder, teatimer and spywareblaster. ran panda active scan, everything is cleared off. But now in add/remove programs spybot is no longer there, and hijack this is not on the desktop. But if i kill explorer.exe and run the path and filename it runs the program...i just cant see it!!! So I know the program is still there, but the folder and the files are hidden or something. Of course I have hidden files to be shown, and even "show system files" is checked. But they still aren't showing up. Somehow one of these spyware programs disabled spybot and hijack this... any suggestions on how to re-enable and unhide these programs???
