I'm afraid we have discontinued the general HijackThis log analysis service here at Wilders. See this announcement for a list of other sites that still perform this function:

Hi there,
i like to give you some helpful hints:
I really really recommend when you make a new log, to get the latest HJT version 1.98.0 from the 15913 and put HJT in a folder of it's own and run a new scan from there.
Make really sure your AVG is completely closed, also the resident part, (open AVG GUI, uncheck all options, close GUI again, the systray icon should be greyed out)
Now with all programs closed except windows and HJT make a new log.

That AVG has the habit to hide files which might be the reason it is maybe not visible in your log at the moment.

You might like a second opinion. Since you posted in the TDS forum you might like to get TDS from the DiamondCS website, www.diamondcs.com.au after install get back there for the latest radius update, reboot if you hadn't done so after the install and do your first TDS scan and with AVG still completely closed, in TDS in the Scan Control check all scanoptions and do a full system scan.
In the end see in the bottom console the alerts, rightclick on one of them to save to text and that scandump.txt might be interesting: see the dialer and delete it! double extensions you can probably ignore, suspicious files you can submit to submit@diamondcs.com.au , positive identifications you will probably like to delete immediately too.

Also AVG should have been able to delete that file for you. If you located the exact file, and remember the full path name, you can also reboot in safe mode and delete it, or maybe you already can with killing the process in the taskmanager and delete it after.
Make sure your folder options display all files and extensions, notihing to hide!

Good luck with this! I'm sure you'll be clean in no time with these steps!

Hope this helps!
At least follow LWM's advice to get expert help for the HJT log on the other forums which offer that service, which i would really advice before fixing anything yourself.
