Which is better Panda Titanium, Panda Platinum or Panda Platinum Internet Security ?

Panda Platinum at present because you can have 12 months of free updates for an AV and a firewall.

The detection abilities should be pretty much the same but Platinum is much more configurable than Titanium.

However, if you have a low-spec computer, Titanium is the better bet of the 3.

As to the Internet security suite, this depends upon whether you have a firewall installed already and your views on these suites compared to standalone products.

You will probably get some more suggestions but the bottom line is that eventually you will have to trial them to see which one you like the best, and which one sits best with YOUR setup.
