HiJack This and Spyware Blaster will not execute

When I double click on HiJackThis, it displays an "Error Starting Program" pop up, saying "A required .DLL file, MSVBVM60.DLL, was not found. Has anyone experienced this problem before? Any advice? HiJackThis worked great on my machine at work. Spyware Blaster also does not execute, also displaying a message about MSVBVM60.DLL being missing. I'm running on Win98. Is this the culprit? Adaware works just fine.
